We have begun to learn tolerance, patience and good will toward all men, even our enemies, for we look on the them as sick people.

Meditation 1- The flow of the living waters
Imagine a beautiful lush meadow full of your favorite flowers, smell how wonderful that is, infront of you is a river with small waterfalls trickling down making you feel so peaceful and at one with nature. As you look into the river you notice the natural, undisturbed flow of the water and it takes you to a safe and serene place within.
Take a deep breath in from your stomach and exhale slowly, repeat and again if necessary
Allow yourself to Let Go as you imagine yourself flowing into the living waters. As the water washes over you and through you it feels like you are one with the water and it feels so safe and natural.
You can feel it washing away all your fears or pains and allowing you to be in the flow of the living waters where Gods love carries you and covers you like a blanket.
Anyone in your life who is causing you sadness right now needs to come into the flow of the water with you to join the living waters. Trust in Gods understanding for us and how things are.
Any bad feelings that come up are ok and have had their purpose (in order to protect you) but you no longer need them and can let the river take them in its natural flow and let the water guide you in Gods spirit which you are now joined with.
Just go with the flow of the water and be.
Blessings, Vee
